thumbs

Terms

The short version: thumbs is early access software. Use it for your own apps and accounts, don’t abuse it, and expect it to change. Updated 26 October 2026.

What thumbs is

thumbs lets an AI agent see, tap and type on an iPhone through a remote MCP server at usethumbs.com. Right now, early access runs on an iOS Simulator on a Mac we run, shared between testers, in turns of up to 30 minutes. Your own iPhone, kept for you, is planned and is not available yet. It has no date and no price, and you will see the price before you pay anything.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t commit either of us to anything. We let people in one at a time, in an order we choose. The order is roughly the order people joined, and a friend who joins through your link moves you up, but we don’t promise a place, a date or that everyone gets in. You can leave at any time: reply to any email from us.

Using early access

No promises

Early access is provided as it is, for free, without any warranty. It may be slow, unavailable, wrong or change at any time. We may limit, pause or end anyone’s access, or the service itself, at any time, with or without notice. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using it.

Referral links

Your link is yours to share. Don’t send it as spam, and don’t join with made-up addresses to move up the line. We may remove people who do, and their referrals.

Your data

What we keep about you, and how to have it deleted, is in the privacy page.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. If you keep using thumbs after that, you accept the new terms. Questions: hello@usethumbs.com.
